Actor Byeon Woo Seok is reportedly the newest celebrity owner of Seoul’s luxury apartment complex Hannam The Hill after purchasing a home worth approximately 13 billion KRW.
According to reports, Byeon Woo Seok purchased a 235㎡ unit in Hannam The Hill, located in Hannam-dong, Yongsan-gu, Seoul, in May. The ownership transfer was reportedly completed after he paid the remaining balance on September 2.
The property reportedly has no registered mortgage, leading to speculation that the purchase was completed entirely in cash.
Hannam The Hill is known as one of Seoul’s most exclusive residential complexes, featuring strong security, private surroundings, and views of both Namsan and the Han River. The complex has also been known as a residence for several celebrities and public figures.
Byeon Woo Seok began his career as a model before transitioning into acting. He gained major popularity after starring as Ryu Sun Jae in tvN’s Lovely Runner in 2024, which helped him build a strong domestic and international fanbase.
Following the success of Lovely Runner, Byeon Woo Seok expanded his presence through various brand endorsements and continued to establish himself as one of the rising stars in the entertainment industry.
