RESCENE leader Woni’s personal YouTube channel has reached 2 million subscribers only seven months after its launch.
The channel, Annyeonghaseyo Woniiimnida Jalbutakdeurimnida, recorded more than 2.03 million subscribers as of September 6. Woni uploaded her first video in February, making the milestone especially notable for a newly launched channel.
The channel has gained attention for its fun and personal content featuring RESCENE members. Popular videos include Japanese lessons with a Japanese gyaru, gyaru lifestyle content, Minami’s gyaru live medley, dialect challenges, and casual daily vlogs.
With only 29 videos uploaded so far, the channel has earned approximately 380 million cumulative views.
On September 4, the members released a Q&A video celebrating the channel’s 1 million subscriber milestone. They joked that the video was uploaded late because they “missed the timing.”
The members also thanked viewers for their support, saying, “The process of pressing the subscribe button is not easy, so we are grateful for this much love. We will work even harder because the attention we have received is more than we deserve.”
The channel’s producer said the achievement felt rewarding but also surprising, while Woni described the situation as “strange.” The producer even predicted, “It might reach 2 million by the time this is uploaded,” and the prediction quickly came true.
The rapid growth highlights the strong response to RESCENE’s honest, entertaining, and member focused content.
