Netizens are reacting to new photos believed to show Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin enjoying a quiet family outing in Tokyo, Japan, with their young son.

On September 1, photos began circulating on social media and online communities showing the celebrity couple at what was reported to be a restaurant area inside Tokyo Midtown.

In one of the images, Son Ye Jin is seen standing at the counter while her son stays closely beside her. The child, whose face is blurred in the photo, appears to have one hand tucked inside or holding onto his mother's sleeve as they wait together.

Hyun Bin can be seen standing nearby beside a stroller while looking toward the counter. The simple family moment quickly gained attention, with many viewers commenting on how ordinary and relaxed the couple appeared despite their celebrity status.

Their casual outfits also became a talking point. Son Ye Jin wore an oversized white top with loose, layered pants and flat shoes, while Hyun Bin kept things simple in a dark short-sleeved shirt, white shorts, socks, and gray sneakers.

Another photo circulating online appears to show the couple during a separate casual outing. Son Ye Jin is seen wearing sunglasses, a yellow sleeveless top, distressed denim shorts, white socks, and sneakers, while Hyun Bin wears a beige sleeveless shirt, black shorts, a baseball cap, and white sneakers.

The photos attracted even more interest because they surfaced around the same time Hyun Bin spoke about making an effort to spend time with his family after becoming a father.

During the September 1 episode of SBS variety show Whenever Possible, Yoo Yeon Seok asked Hyun Bin whether he had gone on a summer vacation.

Hyun Bin replied, “Because I have a child, I try to go somewhere and do something whenever I can.”

His comment drew renewed attention after the Tokyo photos circulated, with many connecting his words to the family's recent trip.

Hyun Bin and Son Ye Jin have generally kept their son's private life away from the public. However, the family has occasionally attracted attention after reportedly being spotted together during overseas trips, including visits to the United States and other parts of Japan.

An online user who claimed to have previously seen their son in person also drew attention after describing the child as exceptionally beautiful.
