BIGBANG’s Taeyang gave fans a laugh after unexpectedly appearing in the comments of a YG Entertainment recruitment post.
A social media account that shares entertainment industry job openings recently posted a notice for a position on YG Entertainment’s artist PR team.
The post told interested applicants, “Leave ‘job posting’ in the comments and we’ll send you the recruitment link by DM.”
Taeyang then joined in and simply commented, “Job posting.”
The account manager responded with another playful message, writing, “Sorry, but you have to follow us first so we can send it to you.”
The exchange quickly caught attention online, with fans joking about whether Taeyang was preparing to take on another job and asking why he had appeared in the recruitment comments in the first place.
The lighthearted moment comes as Taeyang remains busy with BIGBANG’s 20th anniversary activities. The group recently released the new song BiiiG, which performed strongly on Korean music charts.
BIGBANG also launched their anniversary tour, BIGBANG 2026-2027 WORLD TOUR - XX : COSMOS, with concerts in Goyang. The tour is set to continue across North America, Europe, and Asia with 33 shows in 19 cities.
