BIGBANG marked their 20th anniversary with a major concert in Goyang, bringing together longtime fans and a younger generation while G-Dragon attracted attention for his stronger live performance.

BIGBANG members G-Dragon, Taeyang, and Daesung held BIGBANG 2026-2027 World Tour <XX : Cosmos> in Goyang from August 21 to 23 at Goyang Stadium.

Thousands of fans filled the venue with BIGBANG’s signature yellow crown light sticks, with audiences ranging from longtime supporters who followed the group from its early years to younger fans discovering their music more recently.

The group performed many of their best-known songs, including Fantastic Baby, Loser, Haru Haru, Lies, Bang Bang Bang, Heaven, Last Farewell, Flower Road, and Still Life.

Several tracks immediately sparked large sing-alongs from the crowd, highlighting how BIGBANG’s music continues to connect with fans nearly two decades after their 2006 debut.

The concert also looked beyond nostalgia. G-Dragon, Taeyang, and Daesung presented individual stages that highlighted their different musical styles, while BIGBANG performed their new song BiiiG for the first time during the tour.

Particular attention was placed on G-Dragon’s live performance. During his solo tour last year, some performances received mixed reactions over portions of his vocals and delivery on stage.

At BIGBANG’s 20th anniversary concert, however, G-Dragon showed a noticeably stronger performance, delivering his rap and vocal parts with greater stability while bringing back the confident stage presence and charisma associated with his performances.

Taeyang and Daesung also received strong reactions for their vocals, with Taeyang showing his signature smooth delivery and Daesung displaying his powerful high notes.

The production featured a live band led by musician Wow Jones, while international creative figures including Mike Carson and Es Devlin participated in the concert’s direction and stage design.

More than simply revisiting BIGBANG’s past hits, the anniversary shows highlighted the group’s continued appeal across generations. Longtime fans were able to revisit songs connected to their youth, while younger audiences experienced many of BIGBANG’s signature tracks live.

With classic songs, solo performances, and new music all included in the set, BIGBANG’s 20th anniversary concert showed how the group is connecting its long history with the next chapter of its career.
