The red carpet at the Blue Dragon Series Awards drew attention as several actresses appeared in elegant gowns, but one Korean fashion review placed Kim Go Eun and Park Bo Young at opposite ends of its best and worst dressed list.

Kim Go Eun, who also won the Grand Prize at the ceremony, was selected as the best dressed actress in a blue off-shoulder gown. The review praised the dress for its soft draping, natural shape, and satin material that gently reflected the light.

Her simple hairstyle and delicate earrings also received positive comments. The outlet described the overall look as polished and luxurious without relying on heavy decorations.

Go Youn Jung also earned praise for her deep purple gown. The large skirt created a dramatic awards-show appearance, although the review noted that its size slightly overwhelmed her slender frame. Still, the rich color and fitted upper section were said to match her elegant image.

Park Ji Hyun received a more mixed reaction for her layered white strapless dress. While the sheer fabric and asymmetrical draping created a clean look, the review felt that the gown lacked a clear focal point and did not leave a strong impression.

YoonA’s jewel-covered top and sheer dress were also criticized. According to the review, the muted colors and loose silhouette made the outfit look less modern than expected, despite her carefully styled hair and makeup.

Park Bo Young received the harshest criticism for her gold-pink princess-style gown. The review said the shiny metallic fabric, heavy frills, and large skirt made the outfit appear bulky instead of highlighting her petite figure.

The article described the gown as looking “more like armor than a princess dress” and argued that it did not show Park Bo Young’s usual bright and lovable charm.

The fashion rankings reflect the personal opinions of the publication, and reactions to red carpet styling may differ depending on individual taste.
