IVE’s Jang Won Young is drawing attention after staff members who worked with her shared warm comments about her behavior behind the scenes.

On July 19, Jang Won Young posted a photo from an advertising shoot for a clothing brand she represents. The staff had prepared several handwritten messages of support, and she shared a photo while reading one of the letters.

In the message, the staff praised Jang Won Young for remaining professional despite her demanding schedule.

“Even with your busy schedule, you always maintain the same attitude and do your best,” they wrote. “Watching you makes the people working with you want to work even harder.”

They added, “Your sincere attitude alone has a positive influence on many people around you.”

The message attracted attention because it presented a different perspective amid recent online debate over Jang Won Young’s behavior in public.

Earlier footage showed her crossing her arms while listening to a guide at Everland and during an interaction at an immigration counter.

Some viewers criticized the posture as appearing impolite, while others argued that crossing one’s arms can be a normal habit and that the reaction was excessive.

The staff members’ handwritten comments offered a personal account from people who had worked closely with Jang Won Young, describing her as consistent, hardworking, and encouraging on set.

Jang Won Young is currently continuing her overseas activities with IVE and is also scheduled to throw the ceremonial first pitch at a New York Mets and Los Angeles Dodgers game on July 26.
