Ok Jin Wook is gaining attention after showing a completely different side of himself in Netflix’s “Teach You a Lesson.”
In episode 2, Ok Jin Wook plays Jo In Beom, a school bully from Guwoon High School’s electrical department.
His character is part of a group of students who act like gang members and cause trouble at school. With his strong expression and intense acting, Ok Jin Wook left a powerful impression on viewers.

What surprised many people is his real life background. Before becoming known as an actor, Ok Jin Wook first gained attention as a trot singer.

After that, he slowly expanded his career into acting. He appeared in dramas such as “Be My Dream Family,” “Cherry Blossoms After Winter,” “Revenge of Others,” and “Running Mate,” as well as musicals including “The Creature,” “The Show! Shilla Gyeongju,” and “Girlfriend.”
Recently, Ok Jin Wook also signed an exclusive contract with YY Entertainment, the agency of actor and singer Park Ji Hoon, marking a new start in his career.
Although his role in “Teach You a Lesson” made viewers angry, his past as a trot singer and his growing acting career are now becoming a hot topic.
