John Cena has unexpectedly joined the online buzz around Netflix’s “Teach You a Lesson.”

On June 10, the former professional wrestler and actor posted a photo of Kim Mu Yeol on his Instagram account, which has over 21 million followers. Cena did not add any caption, making fans even more curious.

Netflix’s official account later responded in the comments with a scene from “Teach You a Lesson,” where Kim Mu Yeol points to himself and says, “Me?”

Kim Mu Yeol stars in “Teach You a Lesson” as Na Hwa Jin, an inspector from the Teacher Rights Protection Bureau. The series follows the bureau as it stands with victims and works to fix problems inside schools.

The drama has been gaining strong attention overseas. After its June 5 release, it recorded 6.4 million views in just 3 days and ranked No. 1 on Netflix’s Global Top 10 Non English Shows chart.

As the series grows in popularity, international viewers have been comparing Kim Mu Yeol to John Cena and calling him “Korea’s John Cena.” Cena’s post appears to be a playful response to the look alike reactions.

Fans also filled the comments with the drama’s English title, “Teach You a Lesson,” showing how far the series’ popularity has spread.
