Kim Mu Yeol is drawing strong attention for his role in Netflix’s new series “Teach You a Lesson”, which quickly climbed to No. 1 in South Korea just one day after its release.

Released on June 5, “Teach You a Lesson” follows the Teacher Rights Protection Bureau, a group that works to protect victims and restore order in schools. Thanks to its fast paced story and satisfying development, the series ranked No. 1 on Netflix Korea’s “Today’s Top 10 Series” shortly after its release.

In the drama, Kim Mu Yeol plays Na Hwa Jin, an inspector who stands on the side of students, teachers, and other victims. His character mixes humor, emotion, and action, making him one of the most memorable parts of the series.

Kim Mu Yeol brings a lighter mood in some scenes with his relaxed tone and “dad jokes,” but his character changes completely when facing serious cases. He shows Na Hwa Jin’s sincere side as someone who understands the pain of victims and tries to help them.

The drama also gives emotional depth to Na Hwa Jin through his memories of Choi Ga Yoon, played by Ha Young. These moments explain why he is so devoted to his work and why he fights so strongly for others.

One of the biggest highlights is Kim Mu Yeol’s action performance. His quick and powerful fight scenes add excitement to the story while showing Na Hwa Jin’s rough but reliable charm.

With its No. 1 ranking on Netflix Korea and Kim Mu Yeol’s strong performance, “Teach You a Lesson” is becoming one of the most talked about new Korean series on the platform.
