Lee Da Hee honestly opened up about a past relationship and the painful breakup that followed.
On the May 15 episode of tvN’s “Six Singles under One Roof”, Lee Da Hee had a sincere talk about dating and marriage with Jang Do Yeon and Kyung Soo Jin while watching a dating show together.
During the conversation, Lee Da Hee revealed that she once dated someone for about 3 years. She shared, “I have lost weight because of emotional pain”, and explained how difficult the breakup was for her at the time.
She said, “When I broke up with someone I had dated for a long time, I could not do anything. We dated for about 3 years, and when he said we should break up, I kept holding on to him”.
Lee Da Hee also remembered going on a family trip to Ulsan after the breakup, but said she still could not enjoy anything because she was hurting so much. She shared, “Even now, when I think about it, my heart still aches”.
She later revealed that her ex contacted her again and they got back together. However, the relationship eventually ended. Lee Da Hee said that by the time they broke up again, she felt more at peace because she had done everything she could.
She explained, “He contacted me again, and we met again. After that, we dated well for a very long time, but in the end, we broke up. At that time, I was okay because I had done everything I could for him.”
Her honest story drew attention because she spoke calmly about heartbreak, growth, and how a painful relationship helped her become more mature.
