TWICE member Momo is drawing concern after sharing that she had a tooth removed during the group’s world tour due to sudden and severe pain.
She revealed, “I suddenly had my tooth removed in Chicago,” and explained her current condition, saying, “My left side of the face is still swollen, so please understand.”
Momo shared that the pain became serious during the concert, saying, “It hurt so much that I could not sleep,” and after visiting a dentist, she found that a previously treated tooth had worsened.
Due to her busy schedule, she said it was difficult to return to Korea for proper treatment, explaining, “I still had over a week before going back, and I did not have time,” and added that “I could not continue performing even with painkillers.”
She also clarified, “It was not at the stage to remove, but I had no choice,” and shared that she plans to get an implant after completing the Europe tour.
With TWICE currently continuing their world tour, fans are showing concern while supporting her recovery.
