Big Planet Made Entertainment has officially responded after reports claimed that several of its artists may be preparing to end their exclusive contracts.
On March 19, the agency addressed the growing rumors involving VIVIZ, Lee Mu Jin, and BE'O, saying that the situation is not yet confirmed.
The company stated, “The contract matters involving VIVIZ, Lee Mu Jin, and BE'O have not been fully finalized yet,” and added, “We are currently exploring various options so the artists can continue their activities in a stable way.”
The statement quickly drew attention as speculation continues to grow around the future of multiple artists under labels connected to chairman Cha Ga Won.
The discussion became even bigger after it was previously confirmed that Taemin had ended his contract with Big Planet Made Entertainment and recently moved to Galaxy Corporation.
Taemin had joined the agency after his contract with SM Entertainment ended in 2024, so his departure after a relatively short time became a major talking point among fans.
Reports have also claimed that The Boyz, who are currently under One Hundred Label, another label led by Cha Ga Won, have also expressed their intention to terminate their contracts.
With Big Planet Made now saying that “nothing has been fully finalized,” many fans are closely watching for the agency’s next update.
