Model and actor Lee Soo Hyuk spoke honestly about his long friendship with G-Dragon, addressing recent comparisons between them and sharing a candid behind the scenes story.
On the 22nd, Lee Soo Hyuk appeared on the YouTube show Study King Real Genius Hong Jin Kyung, where he talked about knowing G-Dragon for nearly 20 years. He explained that they became friends before debut, when both were still chasing their dreams. “We fought a lot back then,” he said, adding, “We never imagined we would end up like this.”
As their careers grew, Lee Soo Hyuk shared that their friendship naturally changed. “Sometimes we meet often, and sometimes we don’t talk at all,” he said. He also admitted that there was a moment when he realized, “My friend became a superstar,” and from then on, he became more careful. He explained that he tends to step back during important moments and prefers not to be photographed together too much.
