According to the first-week January chart (December 29–January 4) from Asia’s largest regional OTT platform Viu, Taxi Driver ranked No. 1 in major Southeast Asian countries including Indonesia, Malaysia, the Philippines, Thailand, and Singapore, showing its strong international presence.

The drama has held the No. 1 spot for seven consecutive weeks in Indonesia, Thailand, and the Philippines. The popularity of Season 3 also helped Seasons 1 and 2 re-enter the top charts, creating a meaningful “series resurgence” across the region.

Taxi Driver 3 also claimed seven consecutive weeks at No. 1 in the Middle East, proving the show’s global reach and strong fanbase.

The Taxi Driver 3 series follows Kim Do Gi (Lee Jee Hoon), a taxi driver for the mysterious Rainbow Transport, who delivers revenge on behalf of victims who have been wronged.

With intense storylines and thrilling plots, the series has consistently won strong support from Viu viewers. Season 3 continues this trend, keeping fans fully engaged.

Viu, operated by Hong Kong’s PCCW, is the largest regional OTT platform in Asia, offering Korean content across Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and more.

In addition to Taxi Driver 3, Viu also streams popular K-content like Idol I, Love Me, and Transit Love 4.
