According to Nielsen Korea, episode 40 of Our Golden Days, which aired on the 21st, recorded a nationwide rating of 18.1%, marking the drama’s highest rating to date.

This also means the series has set a new personal best for two weeks in a row, showing steady growth.

The latest rating is up 1.5% from the previous episode, which recorded 16.6%, and surpasses the earlier record of 17.5%. In the metropolitan area, the drama also achieved a new high with 16.7%, confirming its rising popularity.

With these results, Our Golden Days ranked No. 1 in overall ratings across terrestrial channels, general programming channels, and cable on the same day.

After finally breaking past the long standing 17% range and entering the 18% level, attention is now on whether the drama can continue its upward trend and reach the 20% mark.

Our Golden Days struggled earlier in its run, but its recent ratings clearly show a strong turnaround. As the drama continues to post record breaking numbers, many viewers are watching closely to see how far its ratings can rise before the series comes to an end.
