Another heartwarming story about IU has been revealed, this time by veteran actress Kim Yong Rim.
On the September 30 broadcast of SBS’s variety show Dolsing Fourmen, Kim Yong Rim spoke fondly about her experience working with IU in the 2014 drama You’re the Best, Lee Soon Shin.
She recalled, “I only knew her as a singer, but she was very good at acting too. She also knows how to respect elders and greets them politely. At that time, she was going back and forth to Japan, and whenever she returned, she would always bring back something, even just snacks. I really noticed those thoughtful gestures.”
Her words touched viewers, adding to the many stories that highlight IU’s kindness and humility both on and off the screen.
