BTS’s Jin just made history in the U.S.!

On July 26, Jin kicked off his first-ever solo fan concert tour‘Run Seok Jin Tour’ — in Tampa, Florida, and completely sold out the Amalie Arena, becoming the first and only Asian artist to do so.

Fans lined up early to grab exclusive merch, and the massive arena was packed with ARMYs ready to see Jin live.

From start to finish, Jin amazed the crowd with his clear, powerful vocals, handsome visuals, and high-energy performances.

He also melted hearts with his sweet fan service and flawless stage manners, showing why he's called the "Live King."

One special moment had fans in tears — at the end of the show, the screen lit up with the message:
“I promise I’ll always sing for Tampa.” The arena filled with loud cheers and emotional reactions.

Jin also received a special gift from the Tampa Bay Lightning, the city’s NHL team. They gave him a custom blue hockey jersey that said “JIN 1,” and he proudly wore it during his soundcheck. The team’s official X (formerly Twitter) account even posted a photo, calling it a “perfect fit.

But that wasn’t all — Jin took the stage wearing a cowboy hat, T-shirt, and belt all labeled with his name, hinting they were gifts from fans or local sponsors. It’s clear every city on his tour is welcoming him with love.

To celebrate Jin’s concert, Amalie Arena’s official social media accounts turned purple — literally. They updated their profile pictures and headers to purple, posted clips from the show, and even shared photos of Jin’s character Wootteo, showing just how excited they were to host him.

Jin’s solo album ‘Echo’ is also making waves — it’s currently the best-selling Korean solo album in the U.S. for the first half of 2025.

His Run Seok Jin Tour is selling out venues worldwide, including shows in Japan (Chiba and Osaka) and the U.S. (Anaheim and Dallas).

Next up, Jin is set to hold his second Tampa show on July 27 (local time), July 28 in Korea — and fans can’t wait to see what surprises he has in store.
