Another Girl’s Day member is getting married!
On July 4, it was officially confirmed that Girl’s Day’s Min Ah and actor On Joo Wan are getting married this November, turning their longtime friendship into a lifelong commitment.
Min Ah’s agency SM C&C shared the happy news through a statement to Star News, saying,
“Bang Min Ah and On Joo Wan have grown from longtime acquaintances into a loving couple, and they have decided to spend the rest of their lives together starting this November.”
On Joo Wan’s agency, Haewadal Entertainment, also confirmed the news on the same day, saying,
“On Joo Wan and Min Ah have been in a serious relationship, and they have decided to get married this November. Please send warm blessings and support for the couple as they begin this new chapter together.”
The wedding will be held in private, with only close family and relatives from both sides in attendance.
Min Ah and On Joo Wan’s love story began back in 2016 when they starred together in the SBS drama “Beautiful Gong Shim.” They later reconnected while working on the musical “The Days.” It’s also been revealed that On Joo Wan was a great source of comfort and support for Min Ah during the difficult time when she lost her father — showing the deep trust and bond between them.
Min Ah, born in 1993, is 33 years old this year, while On Joo Wan, born in 1983, is 43, making the couple 10 years apart in age.
With this joyful announcement, Min Ah becomes the second Girl’s Day member to get married. Last year in November 2023, So Jin tied the knot with actor Lee Dong Ha. Recently, Hye Ri was also in the spotlight after being linked to dancer Woo Tae in dating rumors.
