G-Dragon showed his true professionalism after an unexpected moment during his Vietnam concert, when a fan suddenly rushed the stage. Despite the surprise, the BIGBANG star continued performing like nothing happened — and fans were more impressed than ever.
On June 21, G-Dragon performed at My Dinh National Stadium in Hanoi for the K-STAR SPARK IN VIETNAM 2025 event, drawing a massive crowd of around 40,000 fans.
This marked G-Dragon’s first visit to Vietnam in 13 years, since BIGBANG’s 2012 stop, and local fans went all out to welcome him. Streets were filled with cars decorated with his photos, and local media gave the event full coverage.

Showing love back to his Vietnamese fans, G-Dragon hit the stage in a red and yellow outfit, inspired by the colors of the Vietnamese flag. He didn’t let the hot, rainy weather stop him either — delivering a powerful setlist that included his latest tracks like “PO₩ER,” “HOME SWEET HOME” (with Taeyang and Daesung), and “TOO BAD” (feat. Anderson .Paak), along with legendary solo hits “Crayon” and “Crooked.”
But during the performance, a fan suddenly jumped on stage, causing a brief moment of tension. One of G-Dragon’s backup dancers quickly stepped in to block the fan and protect the artist. Security staff then removed the individual without any injury or disruption to the rest of the show.

Fans praised the quick response and G-Dragon’s calm reaction, noting how he didn’t let the incident affect the energy of his performance. Despite the rain pouring down, he continued singing, dancing, and interacting with fans just like the pro he is — even taking off his jacket on stage and hyping up the crowd.
After wrapping up a fiery show in Vietnam, G-Dragon is now preparing to bring his 2025 WORLD TOUR [Übermensch] to more cities around the globe. He’s already performed in Tokyo, Bulacan, Osaka, and Macau, and will head to Sydney (July 2–3), Melbourne (July 6–7), followed by stops in Taipei, Kuala Lumpur, Jakarta, Bangkok, Hong Kong, and three U.S. cities — Newark, Las Vegas, and Los Angeles, plus Paris.
Even when surprises happen on stage, G-Dragon proves he’s still got it.
