CNBLUE's Jung Yonghwa shared a touching moment with AKMU’s Suhyun on the latest episode of his YouTube music talk show LP ROOM.
The sixth episode aired on May 15 at 7 PM KST, and fans got to see the special bond between the two talented artists.
LP ROOM is a cozy, vinyl-record-themed talk show where music meets real-life stories. Artists open up about their lives, passions, and journeys, while picking songs that feel like the soundtrack to their personal movie. And of course, there are live performances that fans won’t want to miss.
This time, Suhyun joined as a guest. The two became close after working together on The Seasons: AKMU’s One Night and Two Days.
During their chat, Jung Yonghwa said warmly, “I just hoped Suhyun wouldn’t lose her smile.” Suhyun returned the kind words, saying, “When I saw Jung Yonghwa during rehearsal, his eyes were so clear.” Their genuine respect and friendship lit up the room.
In the episode, Suhyun opened up about her life—living with her brother Lee Chan Hyuk, her memories from Mongolia, her childhood, and what she wants to achieve in the rest of her twenties.
She also shared how much she looks up to IU and Younha, and talked about her deep love for singing and being on stage.
As a special treat, Jung Yonghwa and Suhyun sang a heartfelt duet of Younha’s “Event Horizon,” the song Suhyun picked to represent her twenties. With two amazing vocalists blending their voices, it was a performance that truly touched hearts.
