    tvN’s weekend drama Resident Playbook is becoming a huge hit—and actors Go Youn Jung and Jung Jun Won are at the center of its rising success!

    According to Good Data Corporation on May 13, Resident Playbook has topped the combined TV and OTT buzz rankings for four straight weeks.

    And it’s not just the show getting attention—the lead actors are dominating the rankings too. Go Youn Jung (Oh Yi Young) and Jung Jun Won (Koo Do Won) took the No.1 and No.2 spots in the cast buzz rankings for four consecutive weeks.

    They’re not alone—fellow cast members Kang Yoo Seok, Han Ye Ji, and Kim Hye In also entered the rankings, making a total of five Resident Playbook actors gaining major buzz online.

    The drama’s popularity is also showing in video views. Related clips are pulling in 100 to 200 million views per week, and as of May 13, Resident Playbook has reached a jaw-dropping 740 million total views.

    In terms of ratings, Episode 10 hit a 9.2% peak in Seoul households, making it No.1 in its time slot across both cable and general broadcasting.

    Among viewers aged 20–49—tvN’s main target group—the drama recorded a strong 5.3% peak rating, also taking the top spot across all networks, including public channels (based on paid platforms, per Nielsen Korea).

    With its mix of emotional storylines, relatable characters, and a heartwarming love story, Resident Playbook is quickly becoming a fan favorite.

    Viewers are especially loving the romantic chemistry between Oh Yi Young and Koo Do Won—affectionately called the “Ogu” couple.
