BTS's Jimin is proving his global popularity once again! His title track "Who" from his second solo album MUSE has made a splash on the UK Official Singles Chart, staying on the chart for 13 consecutive weeks. According to the UK Official Chart released on the 19th (KST), "Who" is currently in 38th place on the Official Singles Top 100 chart.
With this milestone, "Who" sets a new record for the longest run by a K-pop solo song on this chart since it was revamped in 2014. The song debuted at 4th place on July 19 and has stayed in the top 55 for the past 13 weeks, including an impressive 7 weeks in the top 40, showing just how popular it is.
"Who" also made a strong entrance on the Official Singles Download and Singles Sales charts, hitting number one and keeping that spot for three weeks in a row. In its 13th week since release, it ranked 5th on both charts, maintaining a position in the top 25 throughout its entire run. This achievement extends the record for the longest simultaneous chart run for a Korean solo song on these charts to 13 weeks.
The song has not only dominated in sales but has also secured its place with 10 entries in the top 10 of both the Official Singles Sales and Singles Download charts. It is now the first and only Korean song to have 10 weeks in the top 10 simultaneously.
Additionally, "Who" has made its presence known on the Official Audio Streaming Chart at 43rd place and the Streaming Chart at 47th place, proving its popularity across various platforms.
As of October 17, Jimin's "Who" reached 48th place on the UK Apple Music Daily Top 100 chart, marking a new high for a K-pop solo song on that chart. This achievement showcases Jimin's strong appeal and unwavering popularity in the UK!
