• BLACKPINK's Rosé Explains Why She Almost Deleted Her Fun New Single Inspired by Drinking Game

BLACKPINK member Rosé has opened up about her new single with Bruno Mars and the interesting story behind it.

On October 18, Rosé released her latest song, “APT. (ROSÉ & Bruno Mars),” along with a vibrant music video. This track is part of her upcoming solo album, rosie, which is set to drop on December 6.

In a recent interview with Vogue, Rosé shared that the song was inspired by her favorite Korean drinking game called “Apartment.” She recalled, “I remember coming home from the studio and thinking, ‘Is it okay that I wrote a song about a drinking game?’”

This led her to feel unsure about the song's theme, and she even asked her team to delete it from her phone. But they loved it so much that they couldn’t let it go!

Rosé highlighted how much fun the drinking game is, saying, “It’s simple, fun, and perfect for creating a lively atmosphere.

She explained that while working in the studio with her team, she shared the game rules, which made everyone excited and inspired her to write the song. Bruno Mars joined the project later, adding his magic to the final version.

The collaboration with Bruno Mars brought an exciting touch to the track, making it even more special. He not only helped create the song but also appeared in the music video, which fans are loving.

Rosé’s debut album, rosie, will feature 12 tracks, including the title song. She wrote and composed all the songs herself, sharing her personal and heartfelt stories.

Since debuting as BLACKPINK's main vocalist in 2016, Rosé has achieved great success with her group. Along with Jennie, Lisa, and Jisoo, they’ve topped charts around the world and built a strong reputation in K-pop. Recently, she signed with The Black Label and Atlantic Records, setting the stage for her solo career.

In 2021, Rosé made her solo debut with the single “R,” and the title track “On The Ground” hit number one on the Billboard Global 200, making history for K-pop female artists.

As she reflects on her journey, Rosé's thoughts about her new song reveal her desire to stay true to herself while also embracing the fun and excitement of her music. It seems that even with doubts, she’s ready to share her stories and connect with her fans in a whole new way!

  • Fans can't stop swooning over BTS's V showing off cherry blossoms and his toned muscles just 40 days before discharge

BTS's V is making his fans fall even more in love with him as he shares moments from his life just 40 days before his military discharge.

On April 30, V posted several new photos on his Instagram story, giving fans a sneak peek into his daily routine.

Among the photos was a beautiful shot of cherry blossoms, accompanied by the word "cherry blossom" as he expressed his longing for spring.

He followed up with more photos, sharing how much he wanted to enjoy the season with his fans.

To make the post even more special, V added background music from BTS member J-Hope's song Sweet Dreams and Design by the American punk band Gustav.

It turns out that Gustav was grateful for V introducing their music to the world and even received fan comments saying they discovered the band through him.

In another adorable photo, V posed with CF director Ray J. Yi (Lee Jun Yeob), with flowers in his hair. The director also shared the cute photo, adding the word "flower" to express how happy he was with the moment.

But it wasn’t all about flowers and beauty—V also gave fans a peek at his workout routine. He proudly showed off his toned arm muscles in a picture, though his face appeared a little thinner.

This is likely due to his diet, as he’s been working hard to maintain his figure ahead of his discharge. Before enlisting, V weighed 62 kg, and during his service, he reached 86 kg. Now, he’s lost 10 kg and is preparing for his return to the public eye.

Interestingly, V has been working out at the same place where singer Kim Jong Kook films his popular YouTube channel Jim Jong Kook, sparking fan excitement and hopes that V might make an appearance on the show after he’s discharged.

As soon as V shared his latest update, his name—"KIM TAEHYUNG"—shot to the top of real-time trending charts worldwide. Fans from all over the globe, including in the U.S., couldn’t get enough of the updates, proving once again the massive impact V has.

He is set to be discharged from the military on June 10, and fans are eagerly awaiting his return.
