• EXO's D.O. Wraps Up Successful Bangkok Fan Concert 'BLOOM': "I'll Always Remember Your Cheers and Energy"

    EXO member D.O. (Do Kyung Soo) recently met with his fans in Bangkok, making it a night to remember.

    On August 10 and 11, D.O. held his 'BLOOM in BANGKOK' fan concert at Thunder Dome Muang Thong Thani. This event is part of his 2024 Asia fan concert tour, which has been a huge success, with tickets selling out immediately in every location.

    D.O. kicked off the show with his title track 'Mars' from his third mini-album and got the crowd excited by greeting them in their local language.

    Throughout the concert, D.O. connected with fans in fun ways. He shared personal stories in a "10 TMI Questions and Answers" segment, talked about his experiences in Bangkok, and even shared behind-the-scenes moments from the tvN variety show 'Kong’s Kitchen.'

    Fans were thrilled when he sang short parts of IU’s 'Love Wins All,' Justin Bieber’s 'Love Yourself,' and EXO’s '3.6.5' at their request.

    D.O. owned the stage, showing off his strong energy, great stage presence, and perfect live vocals. His emotional delivery of each song and impressive ad-libs left fans in awe.

    The fans played their part too, creating a special atmosphere with their loud cheers, coordinated singing, and LED card displays reading “I DO ♥ U” and “See You Again ♥.” They even organized slogan and video events that added to the concert’s memorable vibe.

    As the show went on, the cheers grew louder. D.O. was so touched by the fans’ energy that he momentarily forgot the lyrics to his encore song ‘Popcorn,’ instead taking a moment to look lovingly at his fans.

    After the concert, D.O. expressed his gratitude, saying, "It was really great to be back in Bangkok after so long, and what I missed the most was all of you. I will remember the cheers and energy you gave me today. I’ll work hard and make sure to come back soon.”

    D.O. will continue his 'BLOOM' tour with upcoming performances in Malaysia on the 17th and in Manila on August 31 and September 1.

    Lee Jun Young recently opened up about the emotional toll of playing a villain—and how one powerful scene made him break down in tears behind the scenes.

    On the May 1st episode of KBS 2TV’s variety show Problem Child in House, Lee Jun Young appeared alongside co-star Jung Eun Ji to promote their new KBS drama Pump Up the Healthy Love.

    During the show, Lee Jun Young was asked about the most unforgettable villain he’s played. He chose his role as Han Su Gang in the film Brave Citizen.

    He explained, “It was really tough to film. I had to act like I was leading school violence, and there was even a scene where I bullied a grandmother.”

    The hosts were surprised, pointing out how kind and gentle he seems in real life. Lee Jun Young shared how he transforms for such roles.

    “I try to act as bad as I can, but sometimes the director says, ‘You still look too nice.’ Then I focus even harder and adjust right away.”

    He also revealed that filming one particular scene hit him hard emotionally. “My real grandmother was sick at the time,” he said.

    “In one scene, there’s a grandma selling gimbap, and I ad-libbed by stubbing a cigarette out on the gimbap. I was really into character, but after filming, I just broke down. So many thoughts came to me and I started crying.”

    Fans praised his dedication to acting but also felt moved by how deeply the role affected him. Lee Jun Young’s honesty gave a raw look at how even fictional roles can hit close to home.
