    The Bucheon International Fantastic Film Festival (BIFAN) has just dropped some exciting news!

    On May 20th, they revealed that the beloved actress Son Ye Jin will be the star of this year's 'Actor Special Feature'.

    BIFAN has been spotlighting top-notch actors who are shaping the film industry through their 'Actor Special Feature' since 2017.

    Son Ye Jin is now the 6th actor to be featured in BIFAN's 'Actor Special Feature', joining the ranks of Jeon Do Yeon, Jung Woo Sung, Kim Hye Soo, Seol Kyung Gu, and Choi Min Sik.

    Son has captured the hearts of fans through her diverse roles in the movie 'Classic' and the hit drama 'Crash Landing on You'.

    The BIFAN committee shared that the special feature, themed 'Unrivaled Son Ye Jin', will showcase Son's impressive 23-year acting journey through events like photo exhibitions and talk shows.

    As part of this feature, Son is set to dazzle everyone on the red carpet at this year's BIFAN opening ceremony.

    Moeun Young, a programmer at the Bucheon International Film Festival, praised Son Ye Jin, saying, "She's a unique charm of the 21st century, having built her own character in various genres such as movies and dramas." He added that this special feature will give fans "a chance to explore her deep acting world that has shown a new side in various works and genres every time."
