• "Just one copy is enough", Red Velvet's Wendy expresses concern about fans buying all of their album versions

Red Velvet's Wendy warmed her fans' hearts with an unexpected message on "Bubble."

On October 18, a post about Wendy called "THE REASON FOR RED VELVET WENDY'S WORDS TO THE FANS" went viral on TheQoo's community board.

Screenshots of Wendy's recent messages to her fans on the global fan-artist communication platform have been going around online communities and getting a lot of attention.

One of Wendy's fans wrote in the global fan-artist communication platform, "I'll make a lot of money and go to your concert and buy your albums."

Wendy said, "I don't know about the concert, but please don't buy more than one copy of our album."

She went on, "Just one copy is enough, and so is your heartfelt support and just listening to our music. Take care of your health or eat something tasty with your family. If you live alone, please use that money to buy yourself at least one more meal ".

When people read Wendy's message, they were moved by how much she loves her fans.

Other netizens quickly responded with comments sharing their opinions, such as:

I can see why she feels that way… Even though I'm a buyer, I can't help but think that wayㅜㅜ.

    Wendy is really a saint.

But SM is to blame for all of the problems mentioned above.

More and more girl groups can sell between 400K and 500K albums in their first week, and groups that can sell between 200K and 400K in their first week are becoming a minority…. I can see why Wendy would say that.

She's impressive because this isn't an easy thing to say.

Wendy is so cute, but if the albums don't sell well, we'll have to make 12 different photocards instead of just 4 ㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠㅠ.

Wow, really… Companies love making records, but I wish they would stop making so many different versions of the same album and just sell one ㅠㅠㅠ.

I like Wendy more and more every time I see her.

She's so cool, wow. As a fan of another group, I'm happy for her. ??

My bias is also from SM, and they also told me to stop buying albums. But every time I get paid, I want to buy albums ㅠㅠ

    What are your thoughts?

  • Lee Jun Young says he felt guilty and cried after acting mean to a grandma in 'Brave Citizen'

Lee Jun Young recently opened up about the emotional toll of playing a villain—and how one powerful scene made him break down in tears behind the scenes.

On the May 1st episode of KBS 2TV’s variety show Problem Child in House, Lee Jun Young appeared alongside co-star Jung Eun Ji to promote their new KBS drama Pump Up the Healthy Love.

During the show, Lee Jun Young was asked about the most unforgettable villain he’s played. He chose his role as Han Su Gang in the film Brave Citizen.

He explained, “It was really tough to film. I had to act like I was leading school violence, and there was even a scene where I bullied a grandmother.”

The hosts were surprised, pointing out how kind and gentle he seems in real life. Lee Jun Young shared how he transforms for such roles.

“I try to act as bad as I can, but sometimes the director says, ‘You still look too nice.’ Then I focus even harder and adjust right away.”

He also revealed that filming one particular scene hit him hard emotionally. “My real grandmother was sick at the time,” he said.

“In one scene, there’s a grandma selling gimbap, and I ad-libbed by stubbing a cigarette out on the gimbap. I was really into character, but after filming, I just broke down. So many thoughts came to me and I started crying.”

Fans praised his dedication to acting but also felt moved by how deeply the role affected him. Lee Jun Young’s honesty gave a raw look at how even fictional roles can hit close to home.
