Ahn Hyo Seop's JTBC drama Final Table is showing signs of improvement after recovering from a ratings decline and reaching a new personal best.

According to Nielsen Korea, the fourth episode of Final Table, which aired on November 1, recorded an average nationwide rating of 2.6% among paid television households, marking the drama's highest rating since its premiere.

The series started with a nationwide rating of 1.9% for its first episode before climbing to 2.4% in episode 2. However, viewership slipped to 2.2% in episode 3.

With episode 4 rising to 2.6%, Final Table has successfully recovered from its previous decline and surpassed its earlier record of 2.4%.

The latest achievement comes as the cooking-themed drama continues to attract attention for its competitive storyline and cast performances.

In the November 1 broadcast, Kang Han (Ahn Hyo Seop) and his Familia teammates, played by Hong Hwa Yeon, Kim Jae Hwa, and Lee Bong Joon, achieved an important victory in the first round of a cooking survival competition.

Their success helped restore Familia's reputation and brought renewed attention to the restaurant. However, the unexpected arrival of Moon Hae Sun (Jang Young Nam), who shares a complicated history with Familia, hinted at new challenges ahead.

Meanwhile, Final Table follows Korean chefs from around the world as they compete in The Table: K Chef 2026, a cooking competition to determine the best Korean chef.

Before its premiere, the drama drew interest for its cooking survival concept, which reminded some viewers of Netflix's popular variety series Culinary Class Wars.

Although Final Table has remained in the 1% to 2% ratings range during its first two weeks, its latest increase to 2.6% marks an encouraging development as the series continues its run.
