Byun Yo Han turned a simple card-matching game into an unexpectedly sweet newlywed moment after repeatedly calling his wife, Girls’ Generation’s Tiffany Young, “Honey.”

On September 9, Byun Yo Han appeared on Hyoyeon’s YouTube series Hyoyeon’s Level Up, where the two faced off in several games under a playful card-player concept.

Things became especially funny when Hyoyeon flipped over a card featuring Tiffany’s photo.

The moment Byun Yo Han saw his wife, his competitive side immediately appeared.

“Wait, I’ll do it. Please give me a chance,” he said, asking Hyoyeon to let him find Tiffany’s matching card himself.

He then raised the stakes by joking, “If I get it wrong, I’ll give up my Cheongdam-dong Tazza nickname.”

But before attempting to find the matching photo, Byun Yo Han apparently decided that strategy alone was not enough.

“Honey,” he suddenly called out to Tiffany’s photo.

Hyoyeon immediately looked surprised and repeated, “Honey?” seemingly caught off guard by how naturally he used the affectionate nickname.

Byun Yo Han was completely unfazed.

While searching through the cards, he continued speaking to Tiffany’s photo as though his wife were actually hiding somewhere in the game.

“Where are you? It’s cold there. Let’s go home,” he joked.

He then doubled down on the newlywed energy after locating the photo, saying, “My honey told me she was here.”

The repeated “Honey” comments drew laughs, while Hyoyeon’s reactions made the exchange even more entertaining. As one of Tiffany’s longtime Girls’ Generation members, Hyoyeon suddenly found herself watching Tiffany’s husband casually turn a card game into a conversation with his wife’s photograph.

Byun Yo Han and Tiffany Young previously confirmed that they were dating with marriage in mind. The couple later registered their marriage in February, officially becoming husband and wife.

Judging by Byun Yo Han’s appearance on Hyoyeon’s Level Up, marriage may have given him a new advantage in card games: simply asking “Honey” where the correct card is.
