SHINee's Minho impressed the cast of MBC's "I Live Alone" with his athletic physique as he prepared to compete in a triathlon.
During the November 6 broadcast of *I Live Alone*, Episode 672 followed Minho's preparations for the Tongyeong triathlon competition.
On the morning of the event, Minho woke up early and began getting ready for the race. After taking a shower, he appeared shirtless while preparing his cycling outfit, revealing his muscular back and well-defined abs.
His appearance immediately caught the attention of the show's cast members, including Jun Hyun Moo and Kian84.
*"He really doesn't have any extra fat on his back,"* Jun Hyun Moo remarked as he admired Minho's physique.
Kian84 also expressed his amazement, saying, *"His body is built for a triathlon."*
The cast members were impressed by the results of Minho's consistent training, particularly his muscular definition and overall physical condition.
Minho then put on his cycling outfit and completed his preparations for the competition.
Meanwhile, Minho had already achieved an impressive result at the *Tongyeong World Triathlon Cup* held on October 25.
The SHINee member finished the race in 2 hours, 27 minutes, and 14 seconds, placing third in the amateur men's 35–39 age group and earning a spot on the podium.
He also ranked 41st overall, making the achievement even more meaningful as it came during only his third triathlon competition.
With his strong performance and dedication to fitness, Minho once again showed his passion for sports, leaving the *I Live Alone* cast impressed by both his physical condition and athletic achievements.
