RESCENE’s Zena finally met actress Go Youn Jung after gaining attention for their similar looks, and the two shared a warm first meeting.
On August 21, a new video titled “Do you like Go Youn Jung?” was uploaded to the YouTube channel Hello, I’m Won, Nice to Meet You.
Zena has previously drawn attention for resembling Go Youn Jung, and the video followed her as she visited places connected to the actress before eventually meeting her in person.
Zena made it clear that she is a genuine fan, saying, “I just like her.”
Fellow RESCENE member Liv added that Zena often uses Go Youn Jung’s photos as her phone wallpaper.
Zena quickly responded, “I set everything to her photos. It’s not a concept. She’s so pretty.”
When Zena finally met Go Youn Jung, the actress warmly greeted her and revealed that she already knew who she was.
Go Youn Jung said, “Of course. Zena. I also saw you visit Seongsu-dong.”
Surprised, Zena asked, “Do you know me?” before excitedly telling her, “I’m really a fan.”
The conversation then turned to their resemblance. Liv explained that Zena has often been told she looks like Go Youn Jung and joked that Zena seems to believe it herself.
Go Youn Jung responded with a compliment, saying, “I think so too. She’s much younger and prettier.”
Zena also told the actress that she had visited Seoul Women’s University, Go Youn Jung’s former school.
She said, “I was so happy walking the same path that Go Youn Jung sunbaenim walked.”
Go Youn Jung then jokingly replied, “I actually didn’t go to school that often,” making everyone laugh.
The meeting ended on an even sweeter note when Liv suggested that the two exchange contact information. Go Youn Jung agreed, and Zena shared the number of the group’s shared phone since she did not have a personal phone with her.
Their friendly interaction and Go Youn Jung’s compliment quickly became the highlight of the meeting, especially for fans who have long noticed the resemblance between the two.
