On the October 10 episode of MBC’s “Home Alone,” viewers got a closer look at how Minho spends his day — and his simple habits surprised many.
The idol-actor started his day with a meal at his favorite Korean buffet, where each dish costs just 8,000 won, before casually heading to the bus stop. When Park Na Rae asked if people recognize him in public, Minho said, “I usually take public transportation when I’m on a break, but honestly, people almost never notice me.”
The cast members agreed, joking that “everyone’s too busy looking at their phones,” and praised Minho’s easygoing attitude.
Minho even showed his playful side, revealing, “I’m actually the fastest to press the stop button. I always want to be the first.” His comment made Kian84 burst into laughter, saying, “You even get competitive about that?”
Fans were especially impressed to see Minho comfortably riding the bus — even though he reportedly bought a 5 billion luxury home in Jamwon-dong, Seoul, earlier this year. The house, previously owned by actor Ha Jung Woo, was said to have been purchased in full, showing Minho’s quiet success and financial stability.
Despite his wealth, Minho’s decision to live simply and stay grounded earned him even more admiration online, with fans calling him “a true role model of humility.”
