BTS’s Jungkook has once again proved his global power by setting a historic milestone on Billboard.

According to the latest Billboard chart dated October 4, Jungkook’s debut solo single Seven ranked 133rd on the Global 200.

With this, the song has now charted for an incredible 114 weeks in a row, becoming the first and longest-running song by an Asian artist, group or solo, to achieve this record.

This achievement also breaks the previous record of 113 weeks set by BTS’s own hit Dynamite, further proving Jungkook’s unmatched impact as both a group member and a solo star.

In addition, Seven landed at No. 84 on the Global Excl. U.S. chart for the same week, extending its streak to 115 consecutive weeks, another record for an Asian solo artist.

Seven had already made headlines for spending 9 weeks at No. 1 on the Global Excl. U.S. and 7 weeks at No. 1 on the Global 200, marking the first time an Asian artist’s song topped both charts simultaneously for 7 straight weeks.

With this new Billboard history, Jungkook continues to cement his position as one of the most powerful and record-breaking artists in the world.
