Another trespassing incident has occurred at BTS Jungkook’s home, raising serious concerns about his safety.
On August 31, the Seoul Yongsan Police confirmed that a Korean woman in her 40s, referred to as Ms. A, was booked on charges of trespassing.
According to police, around 11:20 p.m. the night before, Ms. A entered the parking lot of Jungkook’s detached house in Yongsan without permission.
Officers who arrived after receiving a report arrested her on the spot. Authorities are now investigating her motive and how she managed to enter the premises.
This latest incident comes just months after another case. On June 11, a Chinese woman in her 30s was arrested at the scene for repeatedly pressing the passcode at Jungkook’s front door, only a day after his military discharge.
Following that case, Jungkook’s agency BigHit Music issued a firm statement on June 30 addressing stalking behaviors towards BTS members, “We immediately report such incidents to the police so that offenders can be caught in the act and arrested."
They added, "We are also filing for restraining orders alongside these measures. Any act that threatens our artists’ privacy and safety will face strong legal action without leniency.”
Fans have once again voiced their concern online, urging stronger protection for Jungkook and the members of BTS.
