BTS's Jin is proving he’s a true global superstar, smashing records with his solo tour in the U.S.!
From June 28 to August 10, Jin is holding his first-ever solo fan concert and world tour called #RUNSEOKJIN_EP.TOUR. On July 17 and 18, he kicked off his U.S. leg at the Honda Center in Anaheim, California—and the results were nothing short of amazing.
Both nights were completely sold out, drawing over 25,000 fans in total, according to TouringAsiaPop. The demand was so overwhelming that many believe he could have easily filled a larger venue like BMO Stadium, or even held three days of concerts and still not met the full demand.
During the shows, Jin wowed fans with his famous "worldwide handsome" visuals, perfect live vocals, and charming stage presence. He lived up to his titles “Visual King” and “Live King,” especially when he performed “Nothing Without Your Love” with his sweet but powerful voice. Fans also couldn’t stop talking about his rare sleeveless outfit, which had the crowd screaming.

The atmosphere was like a festival—American fans brought Jin-themed signs, wore special outfits, and lined up early for merchandise that sold out quickly. Tickets for both nights were gone within minutes of going on sale, proving Jin’s incredible ticket power as a solo artist.
TouringAsiaPop praised him as “King Seok Jin” and confirmed that Jin’s concerts marked a new record at the Honda Center, making it the most attended K-pop solo show ever held at the venue. He also became the first Korean artist to sell out two nights in a row there, and his show is now considered the best-selling BTS-related concert in the U.S. since their 2017 WINGS TOUR.
To put things in perspective: Jin’s two Anaheim shows accounted for 41% of BTS’s entire U.S. audience during their full group WINGS Tour. And now, Jin holds the record for the largest BTS solo audience in Orange County.

The record-breaking ticket sales included multiple rounds of additional seat releases (up to four times!) due to high demand. Resale tickets weren’t even counted, and even side-view seats were carefully calculated to make sure full data is reported to Billboard.
TouringAsiaPop said, “Anyone who gets to see Jin perform tonight is truly lucky.” They also mentioned that Jin’s show was a special moment for California fans, as his next U.S. stop is in Dallas on July 22 and 23, and he might not return until BTS reunites in 2026.

Jin’s record-breaking streak isn’t just in the U.S. His concerts in Goyang (Korea), Chiba, and Osaka’s Kyocera Dome (Japan) were all completely sold out, including limited-view and upper-level seats. Japanese fans pointed out how rare this level of sellout is, especially for solo artists.
To top it off, Jin is now one of only three BTS members to have sold over 100,000 tickets in the U.S. as a soloist—and he did it with only eight shows, the fewest number among the three.
Jin continues to break boundaries and set new records, proving that his star power shines just as bright on his own.
