BTS’s Jimin climbs back up Billboard charts with ‘Who’

BTS’s Jimin is once again showing unstoppable power on the global stage, with his solo track “Who” making an impressive jump on the Billboard charts nearly a year after its release.

According to Billboard, for the week of June 28, Jimin’s “Who” climbed 4 spots to land at No. 87 on the Global 200 chart, and also rose 4 spots to No. 48 on the Global Excl. U.S. chart.

Originally released on July 19, 2023, “Who” has now spent an amazing 48 consecutive weeks in the Top 100 on both Billboard’s Global charts. This milestone makes Jimin the first and only Korean solo artist to have two different songs chart for over 48 weeks on the Global 200.

The other record-breaking track? His solo hit “Like Crazy,” the title song from his album FACE, which stayed on the chart for a jaw-dropping 61 weeks.

Both “Who” and “Like Crazy” achieved their success without any collaborations with Western artists, which makes Jimin’s solo accomplishments even more meaningful—and purely his own.

But the success doesn’t stop there.

“Who” also made a return to the Billboard Japan Hot 100, ranking at No. 98 on the June 25 chart. It has now charted for 35 weeks, making it the first and only K-pop solo song to do so—surpassing BoA’s classic “Merry Chri.”

On the Billboard Philippines Hot 100, “Who” saw a massive boost, jumping 30 spots to reach No. 60, once again proving Jimin’s global fanbase is as passionate as ever.

With his military service now behind him, Jimin’s music is rising once again—just like wings that never stopped soaring.
