BTS’s Jin is on fire with his newest solo release, and fans around the world can’t get enough!

Jin’s song Don’t Say You Love Me, the title track from his second solo mini album Echo (released on May 16 KST), has topped Spotify Japan’s Top Songs chart for 22 days in a row as of June 17 — making him the K-pop male soloist with the longest-running No.1 song on Japan’s Spotify chart.

And he didn’t stop there! On the same day, Don’t Say You Love Me ranked No.6 on Spotify’s Global chart, showing its huge international popularity.

Jin’s 22-day streak not only breaks records for K-pop male soloists, but also becomes the longest No.1 streak on Spotify Japan for a K-pop solo song with no featured artist. Among all K-pop soloists, it’s the second-longest, following only Rosé’s On The Ground (featuring Bruno Mars).

This isn’t the first time Jin has made Spotify Japan history. He’s now the only K-pop solo artist to have two No.1 songs on the platform — first with Running Wild earlier this year, and now with Don’t Say You Love Me.

On Spotify’s Global chart, Jin also made history. On the May 25 chart, Don’t Say You Love Me hit No.1 globally, making it the first and only 2025 song by an Asian artist to reach the top. That puts Jin in the same league as global stars like Bad Bunny and Playboi Carti, who also topped the global chart this year.

The song also ranked No.2 on Spotify’s Weekly Top Songs Global chart for two weeks in a row, proving that listeners all over the world are still hooked.

In Korea, Don’t Say You Love Me also topped Spotify’s Top Songs chart on June 8 and 9, making Jin one of only a few Asian artists to top all three major Spotify charts — Japan, Korea, and Global. Other songs to achieve this include Jungkook’s Seven, Jimin’s Who, and BTS’s Dynamite.

On top of Spotify, Jin is dominating other platforms too. On Shazam Japan, the song has been No.1 for 28 consecutive days. Over on Deezer Japan (as of June 16), Don’t Say You Love Me is also No.1 — followed by his other tracks Nothing Without Your Love at No.2 and With the Clouds at No.3. In fact, all seven songs from the Echo album made it onto the chart in order!

As one of the biggest music markets in the world, Japan’s charts don’t come easy — but Jin is proving his massive star power not only there, but also in Korea, the U.S., and across the globe. His reign is just getting started!
