BTS's V (Kim Taehyung) has officially completed his military service, and his closest celebrity friends were right there to welcome him with open arms — and matching shirts!
On June 11, V shared several photos on social media with the caption, “Thank you ♥.” The pictures show a touching reunion with his famous friend group, the Wooga Fam, which includes actors Park Seo Joon, Choi Woo Shik, Park Hyung Sik, and singer Peakboy.
In the photos, the group is seen wearing matching “Welcome” T-shirts as they celebrated V’s return. The members of Wooga Fam showed their love by patting V’s head and cheeks while standing close by his side. V smiled brightly in the center, looking happy and relaxed.
Park Seo Joon also posted one of the reunion photos on his own Instagram, proudly writing, “King is back,” showing his support for V's long-awaited return.
V enlisted on December 11, 2023, as an active-duty soldier in the South Korean Army. He served in the elite 2nd Corps Military Police Special Task Force and was officially discharged on June 10, 2025.
On the day of his discharge, V shared his thoughts with fans, saying, “The military was a time for me to reset both my body and mind. Thank you to ARMY for waiting. I’ll come back with an amazing performance.”
