Fans are going all out to welcome back BTS member Jimin as his military discharge date gets closer—and they’re doing it with love, food, and a whole lot of creativity!

With Jimin set to be discharged on June 11, fans in both Korea and Hungary are preparing heartwarming events to celebrate his return. Leading the way are fanbases like Jimin Record, It Jimin, and VFJ, who are planning some major surprises on the big day.

On June 11, a giant balloon with “JIMIN” written in bold letters will float near the 5th Division military base, where he’s currently serving. A banner on the balloon will read:
“The small pause has ended, now it’s the day we’re together again, always with Jimin.”

That’s not all—Jimin Data is also setting up 15 emotional banners near the base to show just how much fans missed him.

From June 6 to 11, fans are getting even more generous. The Jimin Apple Music Team and PJM Hungary are teaming up to:

  • Donate 500 facial masks to soldiers,
  • Give out special magnets and postcards,
  • And host a Jimin-themed quiz where winners can score Dunkin’ Donuts coupons!

Meanwhile, the Park Jimin Preservation Society is serving up 300 free burger sets—with bulgogi and chicken burgers—from June 5 to 7. These will go to soldiers in uniform, along with a banner message for Jimin.

A café in Yeoncheon is also joining the celebration, giving out free drinks to soldiers in uniform starting June 5, while supplies last.

And that’s not all—after getting tons of fan requests, the Jimin Apple Music Team is putting up 35 more banners around the base from May 28 to June 11, all designed by fans from around the world.

Fans everywhere are coming together to show their love and excitement for Jimin’s return—and they’re doing it with heartwarming messages, thoughtful gifts, and some seriously delicious treats!
