Trot singer Song Ga In turned heads with her glamorous transformation—and even joked that fans might think she got plastic surgery!
On May 26, a video titled “First time on broadcast! What happens when Song Ga In goes full idol makeup” was uploaded to her official YouTube channel. In the clip, the singer met with beauty creator Lee Sa Bae to try out a bold, idol-style makeup look.
“I really wanted to transform,” Song Ga In shared as she sat down for the makeover. She pointed to the sparkly rhinestones and laughed, “Since I sing trot, I never get to wear things like this. Older people would probably think something's stuck to my face and tell me to take it off.”
As Lee Sa Bae added contouring to her nose, Song Ga In was visibly surprised and said, “It looks like I suddenly have a nose bridge!” She then joked, “People are going to ask if I got a nose job,” smiling at her new look.
As the makeover continued, the singer got even more playful and confident. “I’m getting sexy now. I feel like I need to go somewhere—like a nightclub,” she said with a laugh. “I feel like people might even try to hit on me!”
After finishing her makeup, Song Ga In completed the transformation with idol-style hair and a trendy outfit. “I feel like an idol,” she said, striking fun poses that made everyone on set laugh.
