Byeon Woo Seok is shining brighter than ever.
On May 2, the Korea Corporate Reputation Research Institute revealed the brand reputation rankings for advertisement models, and actor Byeon Woo Seok took first place, beating out big names like Lee Jung Hoo and Lim Young Woong.
These rankings were based on data collected from April 2 to May 2, analyzing over 27 million pieces of brand data.
The rankings measure how connected ad models are with the public, looking at how often they're talked about, how positively they're received, and how well their names spread online and in media.
Byeon Woo Seok took the top spot with a total brand reputation index score of 1,589,864, made up of:
- Participation index: 139,230
- Media index: 245,282
- Communication index: 599,081
- Community index: 606,271
Even though his score dropped 22.11% from April, he still managed to beat out everyone else.
Here’s how the top five ranked:
- Byeon Woo Seok – 1,589,864
- Lee Jung Hoo – 1,403,456
- Lim Young Woong – 1,380,881 (down 15.88%)
- Son Heung Min – 1,280,053 (down 29.91%)
- Cha Eun Woo – 1,038,112 (down 0.94%)
The institute’s director, Koo Chang Hwan, shared, “In the May 2025 ad model brand big data, Byeon Woo Seok ranked first. While overall data dropped by 8.77%, his brand saw strong performance in terms of public interest and positivity.”
He also noted that some of the top keywords linked to Byeon Woo Seok were “revealed,” “words became reality,” and “breakthrough.”
His most searched brand partnerships included NongHyup Bank, Paldo Bibimmyeon, and JobKorea adulting, and his sentiment analysis showed an impressive 91.42% positive reaction from the public.
Meanwhile, the rest of the top 30 ad model stars included names like BLACKPINK, Kim Do Young, BTS, PSY, Park Bo Gum, Park Eun Bin, Lee Byung Hun, IVE, Gong Yoo, SEVENTEEN, aespa, and many more.
With his rising popularity from dramas and major ad deals, it looks like Byeon Woo Seok is becoming one of Korea’s most beloved faces!
