Incheon International Airport is suing the security company for their overly aggressive protection of actor Byeon Woo Seok.
On July 25, Incheon Airport filed a complaint with the police. According to Channel A, the police questioned security staff who were on duty during the incident on July 24 and have started an investigation. They have confirmed the details of what happened.
Channel A also reported that the Incheon Airport Police Division is looking into whether the security guards who protected Byeon Woo Seok on July 12 broke any laws related to obstruction, coercion, or assault.

Byeon Woo Seok was traveling to Hong Kong from Incheon Airport for his '2024 Asia Fan Meeting Tour - Summer Letter' performance on July 12.
Fans gathered to see him, and trouble started when reports surfaced on social media about the security company using strong flashes on passengers, blocking the crowd at the gate, and checking tickets, causing the controversy.
As the issue grew, Byeon Woo Seok’s agency, Baro Entertainment, issued a statement on July 15. They said, "We asked the security guards to stop using flashes on passengers when we learned about the problem. While we couldn't oversee the gate, ticket checks, and security conditions, we apologize for any inconvenience caused to the passengers."
