BTS's Jimin is on top again! His hit song 'Like Crazy' has claimed the number one spot on the June World Song chart.
The song is the title track from Jimin's first solo album, 'FACE.' It led the 'HOT 50 WORLD SONGS JUNE 2024' poll on the global K-pop site 'King Choice,' which ran from June 16 to June 31.
In this poll, 'Like Crazy' got 648,357 votes out of 1,987,747 total votes, winning the top spot and marking his 12th win overall.
Earlier this year, Jimin’s pre-released track 'Set Me Free Pt.2' also hit number one on the World Song chart. With both songs from his 'FACE' album, he’s now topped the charts for 13 months in total, including 7 months in a row.
Jimin’s solo song 'Filter' from BTS's album also topped the 'World Song HOT 50' in June 2021. He continued his streak by hitting number one again in June and July 2022 with the tvN drama OST 'With You.'
With four Korean songs leading the charts, Jimin has a total of 16 wins on the 'World Song HOT 50,' keeping his title as a top K-Pop star even while he’s away for military service.
Jimin’s first solo album 'FACE,' which explores his personal side, was released in March 2023 and made a big impact worldwide.
'Like Crazy' hit the top of the US Billboard chart, and on July 19, he released his second album 'MUSE,' which topped iTunes in 112 countries.
