The reported rankings show that the Korean fantasy romance is attracting attention across Asia, North America, South America, and Europe.

Its growing international popularity comes as viewers continue to share divided opinions about the series.

Since its release, The Remarried Empress has sparked discussions about its costumes, cast visuals, and storyline. While some viewers have responded positively, others have expressed criticism of certain aspects of the production.

Despite these mixed reactions, the drama has also performed well on South Korean popularity charts.

Based on a popular webtoon, The Remarried Empress follows Navier, played by Shin Min Ah, an empress whose life changes when her husband, Emperor Sovieshu, played by Ju Ji Hoon, asks for a divorce.

Rather than accepting her situation without conditions, Navier seeks permission to marry Prince Heinrey, played by Lee Jong Suk. Lee Se Young stars as Rashta, whose relationship with the emperor sets the story in motion.

The drama premiered on November 3, with its first four episodes released on Disney+.

With a reported No. 2 global ranking and Top 10 placements in 76 countries, The Remarried Empress is showing strong early streaming performance despite the divided reviews.

The 10-episode series is currently available on Disney+, with two new episodes scheduled to arrive every Wednesday beginning November 11.
