BLACKPINK’s Jisoo became emotional during an unexpected reunion with the family of late Dior executive Mathilde Favier at the fashion house’s 2027 Spring/Summer show in Paris.
Jisoo attended the Dior event on September 29, where she met Favier’s daughter, Héloïse Agostinelli, and other members of the family.
The two greeted each other with a hug, and Jisoo appeared to hold back tears as they spoke.
Héloïse told her, *“Thank you for everything you’ve done. You’re so beautiful.”*
Jisoo replied, *“I love you.”*
Héloïse then said, *“I love you too, and my mom loved you very much.”*
Jisoo asked Héloïse if she was doing okay, to which she answered, *“I miss my mom so much.”*
Jisoo responded, *“I miss her too.”*
The emotional moment continued when Héloïse introduced Jisoo to her father as *“Mom’s Korean daughter.”* After speaking with the family, Jisoo was seen crying and said, *“I keep tearing up.”*
Héloïse later shared a photo with Jisoo on social media. Jisoo reposted it with the caption *“My Family.”*
Favier, a longtime Dior communications executive, died in a traffic accident in France in August at the age of 57. She had developed a close relationship with Jisoo through their years working together at Dior and was sometimes affectionately described as Jisoo’s “Paris mom.”
Following Favier’s death, Jisoo shared a personal tribute recalling the warmth and support she received from her throughout their friendship.
The meeting with Favier’s family at the Dior show marked an emotional moment for Jisoo as they remembered someone who had been an important part of her years with the fashion house.
