BLACKPINK’s Jisoo became emotional during a touching reunion with the daughter of late Dior executive Mathilde Favier at a fashion event in Paris.
Jisoo attended Dior’s Spring/Summer 2027 collection show in Paris on September 29, where she met Héloïse Agostinelli, Favier’s daughter.
The two warmly embraced before Héloïse thanked Jisoo, saying, “Thank you for everything you’ve done and for all your words.”
Jisoo replied, “I love you.”
Héloïse then told her, “I love you too, and my mom loved you very much.”
Jisoo asked Héloïse if she was doing okay. Héloïse admitted, “I miss my mom so much,” to which Jisoo responded, “I miss her too.”
The emotional moment continued when Héloïse introduced Jisoo to her father as “Mom’s Korean daughter.” Jisoo was later seen wiping away tears.
Favier, who worked as a senior public relations executive at Dior and had a long career in the fashion industry, died following a traffic accident in France in August. She had developed a close relationship with Jisoo through the singer and actress’s years of work with Dior, with fans sometimes referring to her as Jisoo’s “Paris mom.”
Following Favier’s passing, Jisoo shared a tribute reflecting on their relationship. She wrote that she struggled to find the right words to say goodbye and expressed gratitude for the care, love, and support Favier had shown her over the years.
Their close bond gave added meaning to Jisoo’s emotional meeting with Favier’s daughter during the Dior event in Paris.
