Kian’s Bizarre B&B 2 is off to a strong start on Netflix, reaching No. 1 in South Korea just two days after its release and entering the Top 10 in five other Asian markets.
The Netflix variety show released Episodes 1 through 4 on September 22 and climbed to No. 1 on Netflix’s Today’s Top 10 Series in South Korea by September 24.
The new season is also gaining attention overseas. According to Netflix rankings, Kian’s Bizarre B&B 2 placed No. 2 in Singapore, No. 6 in Hong Kong and Taiwan, No. 7 in Malaysia, and No. 9 in Indonesia.
The strong early results come as Kian84 returns as the host, joined by new staff members Kim Yeon Koung, Lee Junho, and LE SSERAFIM’s Kazuha.
Season 2 keeps the show’s unusual guesthouse concept while expanding its scale with even more unconventional facilities and challenges. The cast’s chemistry and their interactions with guests have also become a major part of the new season.
With Kian’s Bizarre B&B 2 already topping Netflix Korea and entering the Top 10 across several Asian countries, the show has started its second season with strong regional interest.
Episodes 5 through 8 are scheduled to be released worldwide on Netflix on September 29.
