Han So Hee had an emotional reunion with child actress Lee Ro Eun, who played her daughter in The World of the Married six years ago.
The surprise meeting happened during a stage greeting for Han So Hee’s film The Intern.
A video shared by Lee Ro Eun’s mother showed Han So Hee suddenly recognizing the young actress in the audience.
Han So Hee looked surprised and asked, “Is it really you? Are you really Jenny? Why did you grow so much?”
She then looked closely at Lee Ro Eun and asked, “Do you remember me? Really? Don’t lie. You don’t remember unnie, right?”
As the two spoke, Han So Hee appeared visibly emotional and her eyes became teary.
Lee Ro Eun’s mother also shared a message about the reunion, saying they had wanted to meet Han So Hee again for a long time.
She wrote that Lee Ro Eun, who was only three years old when they worked together, had grown a lot since then and described the reunion as meaningful.
Han So Hee and Lee Ro Eun appeared together in the 2020 JTBC drama The World of the Married, where they played mother and daughter.
Han So Hee also reacted to the reunion video on social media by liking the post.
The actress is currently meeting audiences through her new film The Intern, which opened on September 16.
