Yoo In Na is drawing attention after sharing her personal impression of Jung Hae In and explaining why she believes his kind and considerate public image reflects how he behaves in real life.
On August 12, Jung Hae In appeared as a guest on Yoo In Na’s YouTube program Yoo In Radio. The two previously worked together on the 2021 drama Snowdrop.
During their conversation, Jung Hae In warmly commented on Yoo In Na’s appearance, saying, “I think you look exactly the same as you did five years ago.”
Yoo In Na then opened up about a question she often receives regarding Jung Hae In’s personality. She explained that many people wonder whether his calm and gentle image is also true behind the cameras.
She said, “Jung Hae In has an image that almost seems too good to be true. He seems upright, pure, and like someone who would never get angry. People often ask me, ‘Is Jung Hae In really like that in real life?’”
According to Yoo In Na, her answer has remained consistent.
She continued, “I tell them that he really is exactly the way people imagine him. There is almost no difference.”
Yoo In Na said her opinion was based on spending months working closely with Jung Hae In during the demanding filming schedule for Snowdrop. She recalled that he did not only take care of himself but also paid attention to the people around him.
“When you film a difficult drama together for several months, you naturally get to see what someone is really like,” she explained. “He even looked after other people’s emotional well being. He checked whether everyone was smiling and whether everyone was doing okay.”
She added that maintaining that attitude for a short period might be possible through effort, but Jung Hae In remained consistent throughout the lengthy production.
Yoo In Na recalled, “Someone can make an effort to act that way for a day or two. But I saw him eight months later, still smiling and doing the same things. That was when I thought, ‘This person is genuinely like this.’”
Her comments offered viewers a rare behind the scenes perspective on Jung Hae In, highlighting the steady and considerate attitude she personally witnessed while they worked together on Snowdrop.
