THE BOYZ member Younghoon has officially signed an exclusive contract with Namoo Actors as he prepares to expand his acting career while continuing his group activities.

On August 7, Namoo Actors announced the new partnership and expressed confidence in Younghoon’s potential.

The agency stated, “We are delighted to work with Younghoon, who has endless possibilities.”

It continued, “We will provide full support so that Younghoon can freely show his unique abilities and charm as an actor.”

Namoo Actors also confirmed that Younghoon will continue promoting with THE BOYZ.

The company said, “We will actively support his activities with THE BOYZ and do our best to ensure that his meaningful meetings with the fans who have always given him great love can continue without change.”

It added, “We will support Younghoon as he takes a new step forward, as well as the bright moments he will create with THE BOYZ. We ask for continued interest and love for his various future activities.”

Younghoon debuted as a member of THE BOYZ in 2017 before beginning his acting career through the web drama Love Revolution. He played Lee Kyung Woo and gained attention for his resemblance to the original webtoon character and his ability to bring the role to life.

He later appeared in SBS’s One the Woman as the younger version of Han Seung Wook, portraying the character’s early romantic feelings.

Younghoon also made a special appearance in tvN’s Tale of the Nine Tailed 1938 as Dong Bang Sak. His steady performance and screen presence helped him gain further recognition as an actor.

With Namoo Actors now managing his individual career, attention is focused on how Younghoon will continue developing across both music and acting.
